Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs

Free tracked UK delivery on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 6–10 working days.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Multiple parcels

If you order a bundle, your pairs may arrive in more than one parcel. Your tracking email will show all parcels.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Carriers may occasionally experience delays during busy periods (such as Christmas). If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, email us and we'll look into it straight away.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
